4. User Responsibilities

• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance. All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents you generate are yours. DocCraft retains rights to the underlying AI prompts, generation engine, and platform. You grant us a license to process your inputs to generate your documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED DOCUMENTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED DOCUMENTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, LEGALLY COMPLIANT, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
